Experteer Overview In Rome, you will manage grid connection activities for utility‐scale solar PV projects, bridging technical, regulatory, and project teams. You interface with Terna and DSOs to secure connections and support design inputs. You oversee development through energisation, advising on capacity, timelines, and costs. This role puts you at the heart of Italy's energy transition, shaping how projects connect to the grid and scale.
Retribuzione / Benefits Manage grid connection strategies and processes for Italy‐based solar PV projects
Act as main interface with Terna (TSO) and Distribution System Operators (e.g., e‐distribuzione)
Coordinate grid connection applications, technical studies, and connection agreements
Support MV/HV electrical design inputs with internal and external engineers




Advise on grid capacity, timelines, risks, and cost implications
Support projects through development, permitting, construction, and energisation
Responsabilità Experience with grid connection processes for renewable energy projects in Italy (solar PV essential)
Electrical engineering, energy, or related technical background
Large network of relevant contacts
Solid understanding of Italian grid connection regulations and procedures
Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
Fluent Italian and good working English
