- Defining sales forecasts, commercial and contractual conditions
- Coordinating international sales and customer service teams
- Market analysis, price list definition and product positioning
- Supervision of commercial proposals
- Management and development of the customer portfolio
- Definition of commercial strategies and marketing plans within budget
- Identification of new opportunities and coordination of Private Label/OEM projects
- Development of collaborations with KOLs and local universities Qualifications
- University degree in languages or economics or equivalent experience
- ~10 years of commercial experience in multinational or structured environments
- ~ Solid B2B and/or Private Label experience
- ~ Proven experience managing international teams

- ~ Second language at professional level (B2), preferably German
- ~ Third language considered a plus (French appreciated)
- ~ Good Microsoft Office knowledge
- ~ Leadership and communication skills
- ~ Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
