Overview Experteer Overview In this role you will translate business needs into reliable analytics products to empower decisions across Sales, Finance, and operations. You'll design enterprise dashboards and KPI frameworks, govern agile delivery, and shape the Data & Analytics strategy for a centralized platform in the EMEA region. You will lead UAT and support stakeholders in data validation to ensure accurate, auditable releases and high adoption. Milan serves as the EMEA hub for digital transformation, offering a meaningful impact on governance, usability, and data literacy. Responsibilities Gather and refine requirements; translate into analytics products Design enterprise dashboards and KPI frameworks for scalable insight Govern agile delivery (backlog, sprints, releases)
across cross-functional teams Contribute to the annual Data & Analytics strategy and governance Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support data validation Coach business stakeholders on data sign-off and adoption of releases Qualifications BI/Analytics experience with measurable business impact Strong experience in requirements gathering and KPI-driven dashboard design Advanced data visualization and data modeling skills Strong SQL and ability to design for usability, consistency, and performance Practical agile delivery experience with cross-functional stakeholders Excellent facilitation and documentation skills; lead UAT and stakeholder coaching Fluent English; another European language is a plus Availability to be on-site in Milan 3 days/week #J-18808-Ljbffr
