Experteer Overview In this role you support BTS clients by shaping and delivering custom psychometric assessments across the talent lifecycle. You join a global TI&A; practice that blends science with practical talent advisory, helping leaders optimize resources and decision making. You will lead content design, validation, and delivery of assessment solutions, collaborating with cross‐functional teams and clients. Your work drives impact by identifying capabilities that enable better decisions and workforce outcomes. This role offers strategic influence within a dynamic, growth‐oriented culture. Retribuzione / Benefits Develop competency models and assessment content (exercises, tests, interviews, evaluation forms, feedback reports) Design and deliver 360‐degree and other survey programs,
