Experteer Overview In this role you drive growth in Italy by combining technical understanding of materials with strong commercial drive. You will manage key customer relationships among compounders, manufacturers and partners, translating material capabilities into actionable solutions. You'll collaborate with R&D; and product teams to shape offerings and support application development. The role offers autonomy and visibility, with a focus on forming trusted partnerships and expanding opportunities through technical engagement. product management and technical teams on customer projects Provide market feedback and customer insights to influence product development Support distributor relationships and technical sales activities Represent the company at customer meetings, technical discussions and industry events Manage sales activity, forecasting and opportunity development across the region Responsabilità Based in Italy with strong understanding of the local industrial market 5-10+ years of experience in technical sales, application development, product management or business development Background in rubber compounding, elastomers, thermoplastics, polymers, additives or related materials Strong understanding of material behavior, applications and customer processes Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly with engineers and commercial stakeholders Experience in consultative selling to industrial customers Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills Native/Fluent Italian and English Requisiti fondamentali Salary 65,000 to 85,000 base p/a Premio Bene
