Experteer Overview As a Solutions Leader, you drive profitable solutions revenue and lead client engagements across Insight. You design, propose, and deliver tailored solutions that meet client outcomes, collaborating with sales, account teams, partners, and internal stakeholders. You align sales strategies, governance, and delivery to foster growth and strong relationships. You work across complex opportunities to shape offerings and create measurable value for clients.

Maintain accurate forecasts, milestones, and pipeline management
Design and deliver customized solutions coordinating resources and ensuring quality
Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies
Lead the sales process from engagement to closure, including proposals and negotiation
Collaborate with integrated account teams and stakeholders to hit targets
Build and maintain relationships with key client decision-makers and internal partners




Ensure client satisfaction during sales, onboarding, and implementation
Identify new business opportunities and support proposal development for complex solutions
Provide feedback to enhance solution offerings and value propositions
Responsabilità Proven experience in solution sales, account management, or client engagement leadership
Strong understanding of enterprise solutions, business processes, and client challenges
Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and sales growth targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience working with integrated account teams, partners, and internal stakeholders
Strategic thinking with ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions
Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements
