Experteer Overview As an Engineering Senior Specialist - Mechanical Component, you will contribute to the Flange to Flange Centrifugal Pumps program within the IET team, driving design improvements and new hydraulics. You will collaborate with scientists and engineers to shape product features and re‐design BH pump lines. The role blends detailed design, validation, and market insight to expand the BH pumps portfolio. This is a hands‐on, cross‐disciplinary role with meaningful impact on efficiency and productivity in energy operations.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead Flange to Flange Centrifugal Pumps development, performing detailed design, calculations, and analyses
Develop concepts for new centrifugal pumps to enhance the BH pumps portfolio
Execute fast prototyping, introduce new design tools, and conduct debugging,



verification testing and performance characterization
Support market research to identify adjacent market opportunities for product expansion
Responsabilità Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Extensive knowledge of centrifugal pumps
Knowledge of international standards and codes
Proficiency with Unigraphics NX, ANSYS, HYSYS
Fluent in Italian and English
