Overview Experteer Overview In this role you will support the Customer Program Manager Italy to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish. You will act as the main liaison for regional customers, coordinating technical requirements, deliveries, and PDI activities. You will drive proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders to secure on-time, high-quality project outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to work on e-bus programs and contribute to Europe's transition to zero-emission transport. You will operate in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with travel across Italy. Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for assigned overseas customers Visit customers regularly to understand needs and follow up on demands to closure Ensure accurate project information exchange throughout product development,



from bus configuration to delivery Lead technical communication to collect customer requirements up to design review completion Coordinate material and product follow-up for customer-specified or customer-supplied items Organize customer satisfaction surveys and support sales in maintaining relationships Manage quality and material feedback with body builders and monitor production/delivery progress Plan and perform Overseas Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) activities when requested Act as BYD local reference during final delivery, interfacing with customers and partners Collect and distribute major customer complaints for internal resolution Lead projects from order to delivery across multiple production stages and ensure smooth handover Support all projects assigned by the Customer Program Manager – Italy Maintain open points tracking and risk analysis for the development phase Capable of short-term replacement of the Customer Program Manager – Italy Qualifications Bachelor's degree in technical areas (preferable electrical or electronic engineering) Minimum 3 years in an international technical project management environment
