Join the COO Office at Dedalus as a Regional Operations Leader , reporting to the Regional Operations Manager. You will work closely with regional delivery teams to optimize operations, improve performance, and implement initiatives that drive efficiency and operational excellence across the business.
Conduct regular reviews with regional teams to analyse performance against agreed corporate metrics and KPIs.
• Identify key issues and priority areas, and work with regional teams to develop strategies and solutions that improve performance and enable targets to be met or exceeded.
• Support the preparation of monthly corporate performance reports for senior management.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure that regional delivery functions, particularly Professional Services and After-Sales, operate effectively and efficiently.
• Provide guidance and support to regional leaders to improve processes in line with Dedalus best practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the corporate team and delivery teams in assigned regions, ensuring that performance-related issues and challenges are understood and escalated where corporate support is required.

~5-10 years of experience in project, service, or operational management.
~ Proficiency in written and spoken English.
~ Fluency in French is highly desirable.
~ Experience and knowledge on healthcare mark
