Luxury Living Group is looking for a Store Manager of the first Ralph Lauren Home flagship store in Milan. The Store Manager will be responsible for leading the store team, driving sales performance and ensuring an exceptional luxury client experience across all home categories.
Ralph Lauren Home is one of the most iconic luxury lifestyle brands in the world, known for its timeless style, refined interiors and distinctive vision of home. Introduced in 1983, Ralph Lauren Home has become synonymous with an all-encompassing lifestyle approach to interiors, with a collection including furniture, lighting, floor coverings, fabric, wallcovering, tabletop, decorative accessories, bed and bath linens.
The role acts as a brand ambassador, ensuring that the store reflects the highest standards of service, product presentation, hospitality and brand image. The Store Manager develops relationships with private clients, interior designers and architects, while overseeing daily store operations and team performance.
Sales & Business Development
Drive store sales and overall business performance across furniture, home accessories, rugs, wallcovering, fabrics and lighting by analysing performance data and implementing improvement strategies.
Translate HQ objectives into clear goals for the team and monitor individual and store performance.
Develop relationships with private clients, interior designers, architects and decorators.
Identify new business opportunities and support local outreach to the A&D; and luxury interiors community.
Support clients and designers with product selection, materials, finishes, dimensions and customization options.
Promote cross-selling across furniture, home accessories and decorative categories.
Provide regular sales reporting, forecasts and pipeline updates.
