We are looking for a curious and proactive colleague to join our Sales Team as PARTNER AREA MANAGER CHANNEL. The selected candidate, reporting to the Head of Channel, will identify new partners and manage current ones in order to develop relations to produce sales opportunities. Responsibilities of the selected candidate include: Channel Development Strategy - Gather info from market (competition, partners' needs, trends) in order to support the definition of the strategy for developing Channel Sales. Development Partners' relations - Identify potential new partners in line with targets in the assigned geographical area to extend sales opportunities; - Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, guarantee they are constantly informed and supported to maximize customer retention; - Develop and manage relationships with certified ReeVo distributors, working closely with their sales teams to expand the partner network in the assigned geographical areas. Budget and Results - Execute channel development activities (es. Partners' program)



supporting marketing and enhancing sales colleagues' efforts- to guarantee budgeted targets. Partners' Sales Support - Support Partners in their IT services sales both with training on portfolio and by assisting them in negotiation. Partners' growth - Develop common initiatives, with Marketing support, to involve customers and new potential customers; - Support partners in following Partners Program. Admin support - Support Partners in marketplace adoption; - Check admin process of Partners' invoicing for sales to finals customers is correctly implemented on time. The ideal candidate meets the following requirements: Hard Skills: - College or bachelor's degree in Economics/Communication/Marketing/IT Engineering or equivalent; - At least 5 years in sales (or trade marketing) roles; - Good Knowledge of Business Area such as Cloud and Cybersecurity; - Good knowledge of CRM systems. Language Skills: - Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken is mandatory; - Good command of French and/or Spanish is a plus. Soft Skills: - Excellent communication abilities to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders; - Proactivity; - Negotiation and influencing abilities; - Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
