Execute localized branding initiatives and marketing campaigns in coordination with Headquarters (HQ) to increase brand awareness and market share within the Italian territory. Team Leadership & Strategic Management Team Building: Lead the recruitment, training, motivation, and performance management of the Italian sales team. Successfully build and scale a high-performing, localized sales force from the ground up. Operational Excellence: Define clear KPIs, optimize work processes, and elevate the team's professional capabilities regarding product knowledge, local policy, and client service. Strategic Planning: Formulate comprehensive sales strategies and annual/quarterly targets based on Italian market dynamics. Deconstruct high-level goals into actionable plans for the team to ensure consistent achievement of sales indicators. Market Intelligence & Cross-Functional Synergy Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and local policy shifts.
Deliver regular analysis reports to HQ to provide a foundation for product iterations, pricing strategies, and strategic optimization. Risk & Compliance: Oversee sales risk management, including accounts receivable (AR), channel compliance, and regulatory risks, ensuring all business activities are conducted legally and orderly. Global Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the local market and HQ departments (R&D;, Product, Supply Chain). Facilitate the feedback loop for localized product improvements and coordinate resources to resolve supply chain, certification, or after-sales challenges. Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Marketing, International Trade, Electrical Engineering, or Renewable Energy are preferred. Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with 5+ years of sales management experience specifically within the Italian market. Direct experience in the Energy Storage (ESS) or Portable Power industry is highly preferred. Proven "zero-to-one" experience in building localized sales teams and B2B distribution networks. Deeply familiar with the Italian energy storage ecosystem, including market scale, channel structures, and the residential/home backup power landscape. Language Skills: Native-level Italian and fluent English. Must be able to communicate effectively with a Chinese HQ and international partners. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and resource integration skills. Deep understanding of Italian business culture and commercial regulations.
