You will play a strategic part in enhancing editorial content and shaping the overall aesthetic direction of the magazine, contributing to the creation of a contemporary, relevant product aligned with the company’s positioning. /p pYour creative contribution will be essential in shaping the project's foundation and unlocking its full potential, influencing from the earliest stages the graphic evolution, content formats, and overall user experience. /p pGiven the live nature of sports broadcasting, the role requires flexibility across evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Please also upload your resume in English, thanks! /b /p h3What You'll Be Doing: /h3 ul liDesign and develop high-impact visual layouts for an editorial project, ensuring aesthetic consistency, readability, and effective content enhancement across all digital touchpoints. /li liWork closely with all content team functions (editorial, social, video, marketing, and product) to translate narrative and strategic needs into effective visual solutions. /li liUpdate graphic materials daily for news and content scheduled in the editorial calendar, ensuring timely publication, visual consistency, and adaptation across different formats. /li liActively contribute to brainstorming sessions and concept development, taking part in shaping the magazine’s visual interface and evolving the brand’s visual language. /li liPropose ideas, formats,
and innovative solutions for new editorial initiatives and special projects, with the goal of enhancing user experience and differentiating the product in the market. /li liDigest company brand guidelines and translate them into a distinctive editorial identity, aligned with brand positioning and tailored to the magazine’s specific needs. /li liMonitor visual trends, best practices, and key references across sports media and entertainment, conducting ongoing benchmarking activities to keep the magazine aligned with leading aesthetic and innovation standards. /li /ul h3What You'll Bring: /h3 ul liBachelor/Master degree focused on Graphic Design or similar education /li liProven experience in graphic design, with a strong background in editorial design and experience working on digital publishing projects. Proven experience designing graphics for sports brands, teams, leagues etc. (also personal projects accepted) /li liStrong understanding of digital magazines, editorial workflows, and content-driven visual ecosystems /li liGood knowledge of sports performance, trends, and emerging industry technologies.
