Join the Moto Business Unit team and immerse yourself in a dynamic, youthful environment. From day one, you support on production scheduling plans, requirements, goods inbound/outbound and shipment operations to achieve short and medium term sales goals. A role challenged to recognize opportunities for continuous improvement that increase productivity aiming the business growth.



Opportunity also to practice aspects of operations and supply chain in a finished product flow environment.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

- Weekly Analysis and Control of stocks and transit situation.
- Support on the implementation of a new analytics tool.
- Collaborate with Cross Functional team to guarantee Original Equipment and Racing service level.
- Reports and new KPIs.
- Drive improvements generating process and procedure documents for new activities.
- Work closely with Production Schedulers to support on area's shared goals and troubleshooting.
- Stock allocation and transit tracking to support sales forecasts.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel.
- Passion for the two wheels will be considered a plus.
