Our team is responsible for the assembly of high‑quality and innovative products. /ph3Partner with the best: /h3pYou will work in the Turbomachinery Technology Lab (TTL) part of the Innovation organization in the Industrial Energy Technology business (IET). /ppYou will head up validation test projects for product development programs, supports Service/Production Testing needs. /ppYou will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, service, production, and metrology departments, as well as with external stakeholders such as testing institutions and universities. /ph3As Lead Test Project Engineer, you will be responsible for: /h3ulliCoordinate internal and external teams (including external partners and/or laboratories) across the full test cycle (from preliminary estimations through design, installation, and commissioning, to test execution and disassembly); /liliActing as the main technical interface between the TTL team and all the functions involved in the project,
ensuring to meet the test requirements and driving the team till the test project completion; /liliCreate cost estimation and time schedule for validation activities in collaboration with the project team; /liliBeing the focal point for design and construction of test facilities, measuring systems and test execution; /liliHSE is consistently prioritized throughout the entire project execution. /li /ulh3Fuel your passion: /h3pTo be successful in this role you will: /pulliHold an MSc degree in Engineering (preferably in industrial disciplines such as Mechanical, Aerospace, Energy, Electrical, or Naval Engineering), or have proven experience in these fields; /liliHave 5+ years of experience in an industrial environment (preferably in power generation, turbomachinery, power plants, oil and gas, or rotating equipment). /liliHave experience with new products/new technologies verification testing; /liliHave exposure to electrical, mechanical and thermodynamics quantities measure principles; /liliHave exposure to turbomachinery fundamentals and being able to understand thermodynamic and fluid dynamics principles and applied to turbomachinery performances; /liliHave a good ability to understand engineering drawings, specifications, PID and wiring diagram; /liliDemonstrate good communication and leadership skills with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams within a matrix environment; /liliStrong decision‑making capability,
