We provide support and opportunities to our employees to achieve their full potential and cultivate a rewarding career. /p h3Your Role /h3 pAs a Senior Associate in our Facades Practice, you’ll be a key leader partnering with our teams in the UK and US, driving delivery of complex Facades projects around the world. You’ll steer design direction, coordinate with architects and contractors, mentor engineers, and serve as a trusted technical resource for clients while building toward future firm leadership. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liLead façade projects end-to-end from early concept through construction, setting design strategy and ensuring technical excellence on complex consulting assignments. /li liPerform and oversee advanced façade analyses including structural behavior, thermal performance, moisture/condensation, air/water tightness, system movement, durability, and long-term maintenance. /li liProvide technical direction and coordinate directly with architects, specialty contractors, fabricators, and suppliers to ensure integrated, buildable solutions.



/li liBuild client relationships and mentor the team, reviewing and guiding junior engineers’ analysis and detailing, and contributing to internal innovation around new façade materials, digital workflows, and emerging performance approaches. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture; Master’s degree preferred. /li li8+ years of façade experience in a consulting environment, ideally with urban high-rise or other complex buildings. /li liStrong technical command of diverse façade with the ability to independently solve complex technical problems and guide project decisions. /li /ul h3Equal Employment Opportunity /h3 pThornton Tomasetti is proud to be an equal employment workplace.
