ph3What You’ll Do At Elekta /h3 pAs a Field Service Engineer within Region Europe, you will service and support Elekta products across a defined territory. This is a home-based role involving regular travel to customer sites, where you will carry out planned maintenance, emergency corrective maintenance, upgrades, installations, customer support and technical troubleshooting. You will work independently while staying closely connected with the wider service organisation, escalating technical or customer issues when needed and ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally and in line with Elekta procedures. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liService, maintain, troubleshoot and repair Elekta products across the assigned territory. /li liCarry out planned maintenance, emergency corrective maintenance, upgrades, installation work and customer support activities. /li liDiagnose and resolve technical issues involving complex electronic systems, mechanical assemblies, vacuum systems, pressurised gas systems, high and low voltage systems and related service equipment. /li liComplete corrective maintenance within agreed timescales, escalating issues appropriately while maintaining ownership until the customer is satisfied. /li liProvide responsive, professional support to customers, ensuring a high standard of care and communication throughout the service process. /li liComplete service reports, documentation and administrative requirements accurately and on time. /li liFollow Elekta quality and safety policies at all times and report any issues that could affect product reliability, customer operations or safety. /li liMaintain up-to-date knowledge of Elekta products within the service portfolio. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and share feedback,
solutions or improvement ideas with the appropriate manager. /li liSupport the development of colleagues by sharing knowledge and providing training or guidance when required. /li liBe prepared to travel within the assigned territory, and occasionally outside the home country, according to customer and business needs. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul liTechnical college, university qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering discipline. /li liStrong technical knowledge across electronics, mechanics, PCs and servers, networking, diagnostic equipment, high vacuum systems and high/low voltage and current systems. /li liAbility to fault find and repair at board level and below. /li liExperience in a medical device service environment; experience servicing linear accelerators or brachytherapy systems would be an advantage. /li liCompetence with relevant IT technologies, including Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications and networking. /li liAbility to manage your own workload, work independently and complete assigned tasks effectively. /li liStrong customer focus with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. /li liA collaborative, solutions-focused approach and commitment to representing Elekta professionally. /li liCompletion of relevant Elekta technical training courses up to third line, or willingness to complete required training. /li liValid driving licence. /li liEnglish language skills, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3What You’ll Get /h3 ul liLunch voucher /li liMedical insurance for employees and relatives /li liInternet allowanceKindergarten support /li liCompany car, if applicable for the role /li liPension plan /li liEnhanced maternity/paternity vantaggi: 1 month fully paid by the company /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
