Acting as a trusted advisor to C-level leaders, the Client CTS translates complex business needs into actionable technology solutions, contributes to enterprise architecture roadmaps, and /p pstrengthens Insight’s position as a strategic partner. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the definition of solution objectives across selected client accounts, aligning technology initiatives with business priorities. /li liMake executive decisions on technology strategy, architecture, and solution delivery, balancing short-term client needs with long-term goals. /li liIntroduce relevant technological innovations to clients and contribute to industry thought leadership. /li liFoster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within both Insight and client teams. /li liBuild strong, trust-based relationships with client leadership and key stakeholders. /li liProvide expert guidance, domain insights, and ensure solutions deliver tangible business value. /li liServe as a Technical Executive Sponsor, securing the QA role and facilitating governance approvals. /li liEnsure all solutions comply with regulatory requirements and mitigate operational risks. /li liMentor and coach technology teams,



promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth. /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ul li10+ years in senior technology leadership roles (CTO, Enterprise Architect, Technology Director, Principal Consultant). /li liProven experience partnering with C-level executives to shape technology strategy. /li liStrong background in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and innovation-led solutions. /li liSolid understanding of cloud architectures, infrastructure modernization, application transformation, and emerging technologies (AI, automation, cybersecurity). /li liExperience in consulting or client-facing environments. /li liAbility to translate complex business needs into actionable technology roadmaps. /li liExecutive communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liStrategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. /li liMentoring and coaching experience to develop technical teams. /li liDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (MBA is a plus). /li liPreferred certifications: TOGAF, ITIL, cloud provider certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP). /li /ul h3Why join Insight /h3 pThis is a chance to join a business that is actively accelerating its solutions and services motion.
