/strong /pulliDrive the recruitment of new strategic partners across Italy, focusing on Microsoft-focused MSPs, System Integrators and channel organisations /liliIdentify, prospect and engage high-potential partners through outbound business development and networking /liliOwn the full partner acquisition lifecycle from initial outreach through to onboarding and activation /liliDevelop compelling joint value propositions and business plans to establish successful long-term partnerships /liliCollaborate with Partner Account Managers, Sales, Marketing and Technical teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience /liliBuild a strong pipeline of prospective partners while consistently achieving new partner recruitment and revenue targets /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongAbout you: /strong /pulli4+ years#39; experience in Channel Sales, Partner Development, Alliance Management or New Business Sales within B2B SaaS or enterprise software /liliFluent in both Italian and English /liliProven track record of acquiring and developing new channel or partner relationships /liliExperience working with Microsoft partners, MSPs, System Integrators or the wider Microsoft ecosystem /liliHighly commercial with a true new business hunter mentality and a passion for building strategic partnerships /liliConfident engaging senior stakeholders and negotiating commercial partnership agreements /liliSelf-motivated, resilient and driven by ambitious growth targets /liliExcellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment /li /ulpbr / /p
