Experteer Overview
As a Senior Product Builder with Data expertise, you own end-to-end data-centric missions within Launchmetrics' Data Collection and Enrichment Systems. You translate user needs into measurable product requirements and drive adoption with a cross-functional squad. You will shape data flows—from acquisition to enrichment and delivery—ensuring high quality and reliable access for other domains. You work in a fast-paced, international environment and contribute to a forward-looking, AI-centric data strategy. You'll own impact, with autonomy and growth opportunities along the way.
Responsibilities
- Turn customer and internal needs into measurable product requirements and collaborate with engineers to deliver.
- Own end-to-end data domain missions: scope, build with the pod, enable, and monitor adoption with a clear source of truth.
- Design and improve data flows across acquisition, enrichment (manual, rule-based, and AI-based), and management (datalake, APIs).
- Define and analyze adoption and performance metrics, feeding insights back into prioritization.
- Monitor market trends and data landscape to sharpen product thinking.
- Collaborate with engineers, business stakeholders, and leadership using clear language.
- Contribute to shared tooling and processes to improve data capability over time.
Qualifications
- Around 5 years in product management or data management, ideally shipping in a SaaS environment.
- Fluent in SQL with strong data modelling, pipelines, and APIs; understanding the data lifecycle and quality.
- Experience on data, analytics, or data-product problems alongside engineers.
- Business sense about fashion/luxury brands data needs and challenges.
- Strong discovery instincts: turn fuzzy needs into measurable problems.
- Self-sufficient across crafts; capable of rough interface reasoning to keep a pod moving. xlwpduy
- Clear, trusted communication with technical and business audiences; fluent English; additional languages a plus.
