Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars. /pulliPrepare installation work and confirm readiness of installation execution (4M checklist) /liliTrain and support the Installation Workers and Sub-contractors on the working fronts under his/her responsibility, clarifying doubts and task priorities /liliSupervise execution of Installation - on trackside and/or onboard-, independently if performed by Alstom workers, Sub-contractors, or Customer / Partner / Third Party /liliEnsure compliance of Installation activities with DIS Installation and FO Process /liliApply the Work Method Statement (WMS) / Installation procedures according design documentation, report on any deviation found or needed.



/liliMake sure the EHS requirements and special processes are clearly included in the WMS /liliReport to the PrYM/PrSOM/PrFOM the field activities progress and any issue or founding in the execution, including non-conformities to communicate to Quality team /liliEnsure the activities are carried out as per schedule, within the productivity required, in line with the quality standards /liliEnsure and support the Handover process to TC team / Customer /liliContribute to best practices definition and REX within the Product Line /liliEnsure the strictly application of EHS rules by the installation workers (including Sub-contractors) /li /ulpYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
