We are looking for an AI Privacy Governance Manager to lead the implementation of the AI Compliance Framework and support the Data Protection Officer in embedding privacy and AI governance across the Cruise Division. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liLead implementation and continuous enhancement of the Group AI Compliance Framework aligned with the EU AI Act and applicable regulations. /li liSupport the DPO in defining and operationalizing AI governance structures and oversight mechanisms. /li liOwn and maintain the AI inventory and coordinate AI system risk classification. /li liConduct AI compliance assessments, including high-risk AI evaluations, transparency obligations and documentation requirements. /li liLead AI-related DPIAs, privacy assessments and risk mitigation activities. /li liProvide expert guidance throughout project lifecycles (design, implementation, testing and deployment). /li liAct as trusted advisor to business stakeholders, IT, Digital, Procurement and Legal teams. /li liMonitor emerging AI and privacy regulations and assess business impact. /li liPrepare executive reports and dashboards for senior management.
/li liDevelop AI literacy and compliance awareness initiatives. /li /ul h3Your Journey so far /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in privacy, compliance, legal, consulting or AI governance environments. /li liDegree in Law, Information Technology or related field; Master degree preferred. /li liCIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT or similar certifications strongly preferred. /li liDemonstrated experience with GDPR and complex regulatory environments. /li liExperience supporting AI governance or digital transformation initiatives preferred. /li /ul h3Your Essentials /h3 ul liIn-depth knowledge of GDPR and global privacy frameworks. /li liStrong understanding of EU AI Act requirements and AI governance principles. /li liExperience with AI risk classification and compliance documentation. /li liExperience with ServiceNow, OneTrust or similar tools is an advantage. /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills. /li liFluency in English and Italian. /li liLegal right to work in Italy. /li /ul h3Our commitment /h3 pWe are committed to building a future that values diverse perspectives, embraces the world beyond borders, and fosters an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued, respected and empowered to be their authentic selves.
