ppWe are looking for a SALES MANAGER (m/f/d) to strengthen our team We are looking for an open-minded, friendly and flexible person to take over the management of our back office team. /p h3Your Tasks /h3 ulliActive upselling prior to arrival and pricing calculations for rooms and suites /liliSelling additional services offered by our hotel /liliReporting and resulting recommendations to increase sales /liliProviding telephone consultations to our high-end guests /liliPreparing and sending quotes and booking confirmations /liliAssigning tasks to the back-office team /liliMonitoring and updating content in the correspondence manager /liliMonitoring reservations made through electronic booking channels /liliCommunication between the front office, back office, and management /liliTraining new employees, including developing a training program /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ulliCompleted vocational training in the hospitality industry /liliSeveral years of professional experience in sales, reservations, or front office, ideally in the upscale hospitality sector /liliProficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel /liliExcellent written and spoken German, Italian,
