Here are the details /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liDefine and drive the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities for a team of 3 to 6 engineers /li liTake ownership of architectural decisions, overseeing implementation while ensuring maintainability, reliability, scalability, and security. /li liSupport the development team in delivering high-impact initiatives on time. /li liFoster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, while maintaining an engaging and motivating work environment. /li liHave fun. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liA strong technical background with 5+ years of hands-on development experience, Python knowledge preferred /li li2+ years in a leadership role, managing engineering teams, overseeing development processes, and driving technical decisions. /li liHands-on experience with cloud services and infrastructure,



preferably AWS and DataBricks /li liAbility to shape and adapt team processes and ways of working to align with the team needs /li liProven ability to mentor engineers by providing technical guidance, fostering critical thinking, and enhancing decision-making skills. /li liStrong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with non-technical stakeholders and external business partners. /li liProven ability to lead initiatives from inception to successful delivery, collecting business requirements and converting them into actionable technical ones. /li liMaster's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. /li /ul h3Nice-to-Have /h3 ul liExperience with Domain-Driven Design and event-driven architectures. /li liExperience in designing and implementing microservices within large-scale ecosystems. /li /ul p€70,000 - €100,000 a year /p h3Why You'll Love It Here /h3 pWe want to make Prima a happy and empowering place to work.
