ppOn behalf of a fast-growing manufacturing company, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO on daily activities and organizational coordination. /ppWe are looking for a bright, energetic person with strong growth potential, interested in building a career in close contact with top management. /ppLocation: Magenta area (Milan) /ppGross annual salary: up to €35,000 /ph3Main responsibilities /h3ulliManaging and organizing the CEO agenda /liliPlanning meetings, events and business trips /liliCoordinating CEO and Leadership Team internal and external communication /liliSupporting the operational and organizational activities of the Executive Office /liliPreparing documents, presentations and reports /liliActing as a contact point for internal and external stakeholders, including international ones /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliUniversity degree is preferable /liliSome experience (also short)
