This team will include a wide range of engineering talent from analog to SOC digital design. Full product development local will product world class products at a world class pace. This team will include all key engineering disciplines in Design, Architecture, Verification, DfT and Physical Design to produce high performance and quality products. /ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and implement efficient and comprehensive verification environments and test benches using industry-standard methodologies (e.g., UVM, SystemVerilog) /liliCreate detailed verification plans based on design specifications, identifying key functionalities and potential corner cases /liliDevelop, execute, and debug test cases to thoroughly verify the design against its specifications /liliAnalyze simulation results, identify discrepancies, and work closely with design engineers to resolve issues /liliDevelop and maintain verification collateral, including assertions, functional coverage models, and verification scripts /liliParticipate in verification reviews,



contributing to the improvement of verification methodologies and processes /liliCollaborate with design, architecture, and software teams throughout the product development lifecycle /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliMaster’s degree in electronic engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field /liliProven experience (typically 5+ years) in digital IC design verification /liliCapability to execute the assigned tasks with minimum support /liliStrong proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM (Universal Verification Methodology) /liliExperience with industry-standard simulation tools (e.g., Questa, VCS, Xcelium) /liliSolid understanding of digital design principles and architectures /liliExperience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Tcl /liliFamiliarity with metric driven verification and assertion-based verification /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment /li /ulpNXP is committed to equal pay for equal work and work of equal value and applies fair, consistent and transparent remuneration practices. /ppAs of the date of this posting, the estimated gross annual base salary range for this position in Italy is between 50,600 € and 69,600 € annually.



This range is intended as a guideline. Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, skills, and specific business or organizational needs. This position falls under the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (Metalmeccanica Industria).
