ppSenior Program Manager - Robotics Deployment and Experimentation, RME New Technology Integration Amazon EU SARL (Italy Branch) - D68 Milan, Lombardy, ITA /p pAs a Senior Deployment and Experimentation Lead of New Technology Introduction, you will be the primary point of contact for internal customers and partners. You will engage customers to understand and document business requirements, drive problems solution and manage implementation programs. You will balance business needs with technical constraints, striving to find the right solution for each customer while maintaining a strong focus on standards, scalability and supportability. You will implement technical approaches, and direct cross-functional efforts to meet ambitious timelines. You will also strategically drive continuous improvement, develop program documentation and influence the technical roadmaps. The ability to build productive relationships with colleagues and customers at remote sites around the world will make you successful in this role. You will frequently travel (50-75%) to various Fulfillment Center locations in Europe. /p pThere will also be an element of international travel when required. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul liManage operational relationships with support teams and internal operations business partners to drive increases to Robotic asset performance. /li liIdentify business risks and needs of new products to successfully stand-up a maintenance program. /li liDemonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases. /li liEffectively interact and collaborate with Customers, Project Sponsors, Technical Program Managers and multiple internal teams to define and deliver complex solutions.



/li liProactively recognize and drive opportunities to simplify processes. /li liContribute to and influence technical designs. /li liDrive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities. /li liLead the effective and efficient delivery of large, complex technical projects and programs. /li liAnticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs with technical constraints. /li liIdentify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels. /li liCreate, maintain and disseminate program information to stakeholders. /li /ul h3About the team /h3 pThe RME NTI team manages the introduction of new equipment into the maintenance engineering teams portfolio. We aim to improve the reliability and maintainability of new equipment being introduced into our fulfillment network. /p h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience and strong technical background in relevant fields of automated or non-automated material handling equipment /li li5+ years of product or program management experience including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain,



business administration, or equivalent STEM field /li liExperience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools /li liExperience building and evaluating system-level technical design. /li liExperience in some or all of the following areas: Automated conveyors systems or controls, electrical and electronic principles, blueprint and electrical schematic reading, CMMS programs, preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls, industrial electronics, industrial PC literary, N.E.C /li liExperience introducing new and experimental robotic assets to the field. /li liExperience in Technical Training, Supply Chain or Vendor Qualification /li liExperience delivering large scale maintenance programs for autonomous vehicles. /li liTechnical understanding of: robotics system components/controls, HMI components, control network components, motion control, and standard electrical components. /li liUnderstanding of: 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24VDC systems. /li liAbility to interpret, modify, and develop drawings both mechanical and electrical. /li liAbility to identify, maintain, and utilize SCADA systems and KPIs. /li liExperience with global programs including team members or stakeholders from different cultures, languages, and time zones. /li liExcellent communication, documentation and presentation skills for technical and business audiences. /li liUnderstand and critically evaluate technical systems end-to-end for strengths, weaknesses, impacts and improvements. /li liStrong collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills. /li liAbility to influence others in a technical role and interact with all levels of management. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
