Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026. /ph3About the Role /h3pAs a Junior Mechanical Engineer, you will support the development of industrial automation solutions for FlexLink customers, working on projects involving conveyor systems, industrial automation equipment, and robotic applications. Working closely with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams, you will contribute to machine design activities, technical documentation, assembly and testing support, and the continuous improvement of existing solutions. /ppThis role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic and international environment while developing both technical and collaborative skills.
/ppKey Responsibilities : /pulliSupport the design of machinery and equipment for FlexLink customers, including conveyor systems, industrial automation systems, and solutions involving industrial robots. /liliAssist in the optimization of existing technical solutions and the development of new solutions under the guidance of senior engineers. /liliPrepare and update technical project documentation, including drawings, bills of materials, and manuals. /liliSupport assembly and testing activities, contributing to the resolution of any technical issues that may arise. /liliInteract with different company departments (Production, Purchasing, Quality) to ensure the proper execution of projects. /li /ulh3What You Need to Be Successful /h3ulliMaster's Degree in Engineering with a technical specialization, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields. /liliInterest in the design and development of industrial machinery and production systems. /liliBasic knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and automation systems. /liliFamiliarity with CAD design software, preferably Autodesk Inventor and/or AutoCAD. /liliGood command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a technical environment. /liliStrong teamwork and collaboration skills.
