As a Data Science & Business Analyst Expert, you turn complex data into actionable insights to accelerate development and optimize commercial strategies. You will build and maintain dashboards to communicate KPIs across functions, lead data management, and evaluate new AI tools to streamline operations. This role sits in Commercial Excellence and partners across Market Access, Medical Affairs, and IT to drive a competitive edge in pharma. Your work shapes decision-making and strategic planning in a global healthcare context.
- Annual base salary: 50,000-65,000 (RAL)

- Generate actionable insights from exploratory data analysis and predictive modeling to support development and commercial decisions
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards communicating KPIs for cross-functional audiences
- Lead data management initiatives and evaluate emerging AI/analytics tools to improve efficiency
- Apply advanced analytics and ML algorithms to optimize processes and strategies in pharmaceutical markets
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Market Access, Medical Affairs, and IT to translate data into clear business implications
- Ensure data quality, governance, and reproducibility across datasets and analyses
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics, preferably in pharma or healthcare
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL
- Experience with predictive machine learning algorithms
- Expertise in Tableau or Power BI for dashboards
- Strong skills in exploratory data analysis and predictive modeling
- Cross-functional collaboration and ability to translate data for stakeholders
- Curious, continuous learner focused on adopting advanced technologies
