You collaborate across Automation, IT, Quality, and Global Cybersecurity to translate standards into practical OT designs. You will lead risk assessments and design reviews to safeguard manufacturing continuity and support long‑term digital transformation. This is a hands‑on, influential IC position that drives secure, scalable OT solutions in a regulated environment. /pulliPermanent contract /liliSmart Working up to 50% /liliCompany Healthcare Plan /liliEmployee Assistance Programme /liliDefine and maintain Site OT Security and Strategy aligned with Global policies and Site Master Plan /liliEmbed security‑by‑design and resilience‑by‑design across OT systems and networks /liliLead site‑level OT risk assessments, threat modelling, and mitigation plans /liliDefine and govern Target OT Architecture (zones, conduits, segmentation, remote access)



/liliReview and approve OT architecture designs for projects and technology refreshes /liliDrive secure OT lifecycle management from design to decommissioning /liliEnsure OT architectures meet GMP/GxP, Data Integrity, CSV, and cybersecurity requirements /liliSPOC for Business continuity and look‑ahead downtime planning /liliAct as SME for OT security and architecture during audits and inspections /liliCollaborate with Automation, Digital, Quality, IT, MSAT, and Global functions /liliPromote OT security awareness and architectural discipline across site /liliMaster’s degree in Engineering (Automation, IT, Electronics, Industrial, or equivalent) /liliAt least 10 years of experience in similar roles in Pharma companies /liliLeadership experience in Automation, Digital, or OT roles in complex regulated environments /liliFluent Italian and English (written and spoken) /li /ulpIn this role you shape the OT security, resilience, and architecture strategy for the Rosia site, ensuring secure, compliant OT systems that… /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
