ppChapter Lead for Microsoft Dynamics leads a global, cross-brand D365 team to design, deliver, and continuously improve Dynamics 365 (Service, Marketing, Sales) solutions and related AI/data capabilities. You will bridge business strategy with digital execution, setting governance, standards, and integration approaches.
