Account manager - Swine and Poultry

In this role you will sell designated swine and poultry product lines to veterinarians in Lombardia, building durable partnerships and driving sales growth. You will align account plans with marketing programs and Solution Selling, delivering value through expert product knowledge and targeted activities. The position contributes to Zoetis’ market share goals by managing territory opportunities and maintaining compliant, high-quality customer engagement. This is a client-facing role with cross-functional collaboration and a focus on execution and impact.

- Starting annual gross salary: 51,500 euros

- Develop and maintain expert portfolio knowledge and account plans with veterinarians and ABMs
- Build long-term customer partnerships via high-quality plans and bespoke solutions




- Execute call activity to meet KPIs with identified target customers and document in CRM
- Coordinate team resources to improve customer understanding and use of products and pricing
- Maintain compliance with pharmacovigilance, company policies, and local codes
- Record activity accurately in CRM and manage follow-up actions
- Share best practices with colleagues to contribute to team success
- Scientific background ideally (veterinary or related) or economics/pharma industry background
- IT literate; proficient with standard business software
- Ability to travel frequently within Lombardia/Italy
- Experience in field sales or customer-facing roles in animal health or related industries
- Valid driving license and current passport
