Sharp Brains in the Veneto region of Italy seeks a diligent IT support specialist to provide end-to-end desktop and laptop support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and to perform IMAC tasks. You will manage imaging, patching, and on-site replacements following IT policies.

You will deliver remote and deskside support using SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow for asset tracking, ticket resolution, and knowledge sharing.
