ph3Overview /h3pWe are looking for an bIndustrial Controller /b with 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing companies. /ppThe selected candidate will support the Controlling team in monitoring the Group's industrial performance and will work closely with the Production, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Commercial functions to provide accurate economic-industrial analyses, guide decision-making processes, and contribute to continuous improvement. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the preparation of the industrial budget and periodic forecasts, focusing on production costs, materials, labor, and profitability/margins. /liliAnalyze variances between standard and actual data to identify the causes of variation and define corrective actions. /liliMonitor industrial costs (raw materials, indirect costs, outsourced processing) and collaborate on updating standard costs. /liliSupport profitability analysis by product, job/order, customer, and business area. /liliMonitor stock, inventory valuations, scrap, and analyze key production KPIs. /liliContribute to corporate reporting, monthly/annual closures, and digitization and continuous improvement projects. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3pbEducation and Technical Skills /b /pulliDegree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent pathways. /lilibFor Senior profiles:
