In addition, the role connects with People Solutions Consulting peers across regions to exchange insights, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement. Strong stakeholder management across retail and corporate teams is critical to ensuring teammate needs and business priorities are clearly understood and effectively represented. /ph3WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3pNike is looking for an experienced, solutions-oriented HR professional to support teammates across Italy, based in the Milan office.br/This role plays a critical role in shaping the end-to-end team-mate experience in the region. It deliversexpertiseacross a wide range of HR topics and provides high-quality, consistent support to both retail and corporate teams in close partnership with business leaders, HR teams, and EMEA Headquarters.br/The successful candidate approaches challenges with curiosity and accountability, translating business needs into scalable, practical solutions. You will provide consultative support and coaching across key HR areas, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, DEI, and legal and regulatory topics. /pulliYou will use technology (ServiceNow and Workday) to manage cases effectively and generate insights that enable informed decision-making for the teammate population.



/liliYou will deliver integrated People Solutions across the Nike business at-scale and run offense on complex support needs. This includes guiding teammates through more complex matters, delivering training, managing policies, supporting PSC Leads and functional HRBPs through HR cycles (e.g. APR, performance excellence, etc) and delivery of unique local programs as needed /liliSupport HR Specialized Services delivery, including resolving moderately complex inquiries and transactions and escalating as needed to leaders on the team /liliGuide and coach Teammates and People Managers on key moments that matter, including talent andorganizational guidance, ER sensing, and compensation consulting /liliCoordinate across the team to ensure services are consistently delivered and well-managed /liliManage timely and accurate support regarding employee programs and services, HR policy,process, and procedures within Service Level Agreements /liliUtilizes knowledge management and case management systems to address, track and resolve teammate inquiries. /liliProvide employee data reports to the businesses and functions upon request to improve processes, increase efficiency, and implement best practices. /liliConduct responsibilities in line with PS Consultant RRs. /liliCoordinate disciplinary and grievance procedures in line with Italian labor laws. /liliSupport leader readiness and provide on-the-ground support during inspections and audits /liliProject/Squads Participation: Contribute to consulting pillar projects by partnering on scope and objectives and executing deliverables. /liliPrepare statutory reports. /li /ulh3WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH /h3pNikeoperatesin a highly collaborative environment.
