Our team designs and delivers integrated subsea systems that support safe, efficient, and sustainable exploration and production of hydrocarbons in challenging environments. /p h3bPartner with the best /b /h3 pThe Lead Engineer – Subsea Distribution Systems is responsible for design and development of products for the subsea oil fields distribution system. /p pAs a Lead Engineer, Subsea Distribution Systems, you will be responsible for: /p ul liEstablishing technical requirements based on customer functional specifications and project needs in compliance with international codes and standards. /li liLeading and contributing on design development activities such as CAD modelling and documents creation ensuring alignment with requirements and schedule. /li liWorking cross functionally with other teams and departments to align interfaces, design, activities, and deliverables. /li liPresenting design outcomes in design reviews when and as relevant. /li liBe accountable for cost out activities, budget monitoring and eng plans progress. /li liManaging engineering suppliers on the technical standpoint, providing guidance and granting compliance to applicable technical and contractual requirements. /li liProviding engineering support to program management and any other stakeholders. /li liSupporting the sourcing team through procurement, manufacturing and test of designed products. /li liProviding consultancy advice to the project bid team.
/li /ul h3bFuel your passion /b /h3 pTo be successful in this role you will: /p ul liHave a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. /li liBe an expert in 3D CAD modelling. /li liHave Subsea equipment knowledge and relevant design methodologies (desired). /li liHave a robust mechanical design background with proven experience in a similar role. /li liBe proactive and willing to take ownership and responsibility. /li liHave strong oral and written communication skills, fluent in English. /li liHave strong interpersonal and leadership skills. /li /ul h3bWork in a way that works for you /b /h3 pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position.
