As an Associate Logistics Analyst, you will support the efficient flow of medical products and devices across the supply chain, helping ensure product availability for patients and healthcare providers. In this role, you will be responsible for goods receipt, inventory management, consumption monitoring, and cycle counting activities while maintaining accurate inventory records and compliance with operational standards. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to support logistics processes, resolve delivery and inventory-related issues, and contribute to continuous process improvements. This position offers exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations and provides an opportunity to develop expertise in logistics, inventory control, and operational excellence within a global healthcare technology organization.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

- Receive incoming goods, verify shipping and inventory documentation, and ensure accurate storage and system transactions
- Monitor the consumption of medical devices and materials to maintain inventory accuracy and support operational requirements
- Perform full and partial cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support inventory control activities




- Control the flow of goods, services, and information from receipt through distribution to meet business and customer requirements
- Support logistics processes, including replenishment activities, inventory transactions, demand management, and data maintenance
- Collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve delivery and inventory-related issues
- Identify and support process improvements that enhance logistics performance, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency

Required Knowledge and Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working with inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics processes
- Experience receiving goods and verifying inventory or shipping documentation
- Experience performing inventory control activities, including stock reconciliation or cycle counting
- Ability to use inventory, ERP, warehouse management, or other business systems
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and support day-to-day logistics operation

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
