We are partnered with a fast-growing European AI and quantum computing scale-up delivering transformational optimisation solutions to large enterprises. The team is looking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive to own the Italian market, engaging at C-suite level across complex, high-value sales cycles. We are looking for people who have lived inside a fast-moving, resource-constrained, technically brcredible European AI company and who have learned to sell a product that buyers did not yet brfully understand. Key Responsibilities brEnterprise Sales Revenue Growth br• Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from initial strategic discovery through brqualification, proposal, negotiation, closing, and account expansion. br• Build and close deals with TCV of €500K–€1M+, with clear ambition for €10M+ strategic multi-year engagements. br• Deliver against annual revenue targets while maintaining the long-term trust and credibility brthat drive expansion revenue and referrals. brGTM Execution Market Development br• Design and execute a national go-to-market strategy across priority industries and enterprise brsegments, reviewed quarterly. br• Identify, qualify, and activate new opportunities across AI transformation, quantum-inspired broptimisation, and sovereign AI infrastructure use cases. br• Develop and maintain relationships with system integrators, Big 4 consultancies, and sector specific alliance partners. brConsultative Solution Selling br• Lead outcome-driven, discovery-first sales conversations anchored in business impact rather than predefined products.

br• Engage C-suite and senior technical stakeholders to surface explicit and latent needs where AI and quantum computing can create durable competitive advantage. br• Translate highly complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling business value narratives appropriate for executive audiences. brCross-Functional Commercial Leadership br• Serve as the commercial lead within complex deal teams, maintaining alignment and momentum across product, engineering, solutions, legal, and finance functions. br• Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to build brand presence and pipeline through thought leadership, events, and ecosystem development. brCustomer Partnership Long-Term Value br• Build deep, multi-level relationships within strategic accounts — from technical teams through to board level. br• Support deployment and adoption in collaboration with Customer Success to ensure customers realise the full value of their investment. Required Qualifications brMinimum 3 years in a direct revenue-generating role at a European AI scale-up or fast-growing AI/deep-tech company within the last 5–10 years of overall experience. The company must have been building an AI market, not harvesting an established one. brDemonstrated history of closing, or being the primary contributor to closing, enterprise deals with individual TCV of €500K or above. brA meaningful portion of closed revenue derived from new-logo accounts opened from scratch, not inherited from predecessors or generated exclusively through inbound channels. brNative fluency in Italian, plus fluent English. brLegal authorization to work in Italy. xrdbqlu By applying to this role, you understand that we may collect your personal data and store and process it on our systems.
