You play a key role in growing market share by combining strong commercial execution with strategic business support for our retailer network. You act as the main point of contact for retailers, translating company strategy into local action, ensuring optimal product positioning, strong dealer performance, and long-term business growth. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage and develop relationships with retailers, ensuring long-term partnerships across Centre-South Italy area (Marche, Umbria, Abruzzo, Lazio, Molise, Campania, Puglia, Calabria, Sicilia, Sardegna) /liliDrive sales performance and market share growth within the assigned territory /liliAnalyze market potential and identify opportunities to grow the business /liliProvide strategic business consulting to improve retailer sales and service capabilities /liliActively sell and promote products, supporting assortment planning and in-store execution /liliMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs /liliUse CRM systems to manage accounts, track performance,
and maintain accurate data /liliCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align on sales strategy and initiatives /liliEnsure consistent execution of sales programs and initiatives across the territory /li /ulh3Required Skills Experience /h3ulliHighly results-oriented, proactive, and self-driven /liliStructured, disciplined, and well-organized /liliIndependent and comfortable working in a field-based role /liliHigh energy, motivated, and customer-focused /liliProven sales experience with strong commercial acumen /liliStrong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively /liliExperience in field sales and business development /liliAbility to identify growth opportunities and translate them into plans and actions /liliConfident presentation and advisory capabilities /liliEven though you work independently, you are a team player who values collaboration and exchange within the company. /li /ulh3Additional requirements /h3ulliHigh willingness to travel within the territory (approx. 75%). /liliBased in Italy Centre/South Italian Mothertongue/Fluent; English Fluent /li /ulh3What success looks like /h3ulliStrong growth in sales and market share within the territory /liliRetailers are engaged, well-supported, and performing at a high level /liliEffective execution of sales strategies and initiatives /liliStrong, long-term partnerships with key customers /li /ulpIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
