/ppYou will develop and adopt central strategies to minimize duplication of information and maximize clarity on source of truth across different supply chain functions and systems. /ppYour focus will be end-to-end and span from system specific master data (including supporting workflow capabilities), transactional data and data for analytics and AI. /ppYou will collaborate with the functional partners in the supply chain and the JJ Technology partners to design and implement scalable data models that maximize value for the business partners. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign and implement E2E FAIR Data products for Plan Source functional business domains across Master and Transactional data to generate Data Products for Analytics /liliCreate adopt and evolve IMSC conceptual and logical business information policies to guide data product design and modelling /liliWork in close collaboration with the domain Data Owners to shape the Data Domain roadmap and ensure budget and resources are allocated /liliWork in close collaboration with the Data Owners to define metadata and data quality framework to ensure high level of FAIR data products throughout their lifecycle. /liliIn collaboration with the domain Data Owners, support the IMSC Data Governance to implement governance capabilities across Data Domain /li /ulpContinuously implement Automation and simplification through advanced capabilities like AI-agents into the processes of data design, data asset build and data quality controls. /ppIn collaboration JJ Technology technical partners,



support the evolution of a E2E data stack that can support future AI applications in the domains. /ph3Qualifications /h3pEducation: /pulliMaster’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, Computer Science or with a focus on data management/ data science / Analytics / AI / Machine Learning, or equivalent /li /ulh3Required Experience and Skills /h3ulliIn depth experience of data modelling and design technique (medallion architecture, Data Vault, Data Marts, OBT etc.) /liliIn depth experience of state of the art data technologies (Workflow capabilities for Master data, Data catalogues, Lakehouse, Ontology management) /lili5+Experience working in a pharmaceutical global supply chain /liliExperience in multi-year strategy or technology deployment with focus on information management, data management or data capabilities /liliProven track record to build partnership to inspire change and deliver results across complex ecosystems. /liliExcellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical topics for broad audiences across levels. /liliEnergetic, passionate, accountable, keen on continuous learning. /liliPreferred: /liliGood knowledge of industry standards related to data management (FAIR, IDMP, ISO etc.) /liliGood knowledge of compliance standards /liliExperience working in healthcare /li /ulh3Other /h3pRequires up to 10% of international travel /ph3Required Skills /h3h3Preferred Skills /h3pBusiness Alignment, Business Architecture, Data Architecture Development, Data Migrations, Data Savvy, Data Visualization, Developing Others, Digital Marketing Technology, Enterprise IT Governance, Inclusive Leadership, Information Security Management System (ISMS), Information Technology Strategies, Leadership, Stakeholder Engagement, Strategic Thinking, Talent Management, Team Management /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
