The inspiration behind the brand’s values, Oasi Zegna, continues to guide everything we do at ZEGNA - from supporting our people to fostering a culture of growth, where craftsmanship and innovation are core elements of our learning processes and long-term growth strategy. /p h3YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE /h3 pAs Senior Events Manager, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the team, helping us in the planning and delivery of ZEGNA's international events, with responsibility for event workstreams supporting brand elevation, business priorities and revenue-generating initiatives. /p pThe role translates strategic and creative briefs, into structured execution plans, defining timelines, milestones, responsibilities and project calendars. You’ll be responsible for maintaining clear and continuous communication across HQ functions, local markets and external partners, ensuring alignment from planning through post-event reporting.
/p pYou’ll work closely with the Head of Events to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow. /p h3More Specifically You Will /h3 ul liLead assigned event workstreams from project kick-off through post-event reporting. /li liTranslate approved strategic and creative briefs into detailed execution plans. /li liDefine project timelines, milestones, responsibilities and critical path. /li liEnsure execution is fully aligned with the approved brief, brand standards and event guidelines. /li liOwn project governance and coordinate approval processes. /li liPartner with other Event Managers on shared projects, ensuring full alignment on planning, governance, Critical Path, budget management and resource allocation. /li liMonitor budgets, forecasts and resource allocation, identifying risks and corrective actions. /li liCoordinate and supervise Event Producers, production agencies, suppliers, freelancers and local market teams. /li liAct as the primary liaison between HQ, local markets and external partners. /li liEnsure consistent communication and information flow across all stakeholders. /li liCoordinate with Brand Marketing, Content Marketing and relevant functions to ensure project alignment. /li liPrepare post-event reports with operational, financial and qualitative insights. /li liSupport the Head of Events and the wider Events team on additional event projects as required. /li /ul h3WHO YOU ARE /h3 ul liYou bring at least 10 years of experience in luxury, fashion or lifestyle event management (International agency experience is a plus)
/li liYou’re skilled in Excel, PowerPoint and Asana /li liYou have experience in project management, events production, managing budgets, timelines and /li liYou’re known for excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, hands‑on, proactive and detail‑oriented approach, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams, flexible and willing to support projects of different scales, and it shows in how you work with others. /li liYou communicate fluently in English and Italian /li liYou are available to travel internationally when required /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liThe position provides for a base salary between: €55.000,00 - €70.000,00 Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender. Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. /li liThe position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile).
