This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in talent acquisition, employer branding, talent market trends, and HR processes within a dynamic and international environment. /p pYou will be part of the bItalian Talent Acquisition Team /b, responsible for permanent hiring, internships, apprenticeships,



and graduate recruitment across Stellantis locations in Italy. /p pThis internship is ideal for a highly motivated individual looking to start a career in bHuman Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Culture /b within a multinational organization. /p h3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 pIn this role, you will: /p ul libSupport /b recruiters throughout the bend-to-end recruitment process /b for internship and permanent positions. /li liCollaborate with hiring managers to understand bbusiness needs, role requirements, /b and desired candidate profiles. /li liDraft and publish bjob advertisements /b on internal and external recruitment platforms. /li liConduct bCV screening /b activities and support candidate shortlisting. /li liCoordinate binterviews /b and manage bcommunication with candidates /b throughout the selection process. /li liEnsure accurate and timely management of candidate data within our bApplicant Tracking System /b (Workday). /li liSupport sourcing activities through bLinkedIn Recruiter /b, job boards, talent databases, and university partnerships. /li liContribute to bemployer branding initiatives /b, career events, university partnerships, and recruitment campaigns. /li liPrepare recruitment breports and HR analytics /b, supporting the monitoring of key Talent Acquisition KPIs. /li liContribute to bcontinuous improvement /b initiatives focused on candidate experience and recruitment efficiency. /li liGain exposure to btalent market trends /b, workforce planning activities, and strategic recruitment projects.



/li /ul h3WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3 ul liMaster's Degree (completed or ongoing final year) in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, International Management, Human Resources Management, Marketing, Law or related bbusiness-oriented disciplines /b. /li liGood knowledge of bMicrosoft Office Suite /b, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. /li liComfortable working with bdigital tools /b and online collaboration platforms. /li liKnowledge of bApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS) /b such as Workday is considered a plus. /li liFamiliarity with bLinkedIn Recruiter /b or recruiting tools is a plus. /li liFluent bItalian and English /b, both written and spoken, are mandatory.
