/li liAssist business teams in structuring strategic partnerships and commercial arrangements. /li /ul ol libRegulatory and Risk Management /b /li /ol ul liMonitor legal and regulatory developments affecting infrastructure, energy and digital assets. /li liIdentify legal risks and propose practical mitigation measures. /li liEnsure legal compliance across projects and investments. /li /ul ol libStakeholder Management /b /li /ol ul liLiaise with business teams, investment professionals, finance, tax and external advisors. /li liManage relationships with leading international law firms and other professional advisors. /li liSupport cross-functional projects involving multiple jurisdictions. /li /ul h3Competenze ed esperienza /h3 h3Experience /h3 ul liLaw degree with excellent academic credentials. /li liQualified lawyer in a European jurisdiction preferred. /li liApproximately b5-8 years of post-qualification experience /b. /li liExperience gained within: ul litop-tier law firms; and/or /li liinvestment platforms; /li liinfrastructure funds; /li lienergy companies; /li lidigital infrastructure operators; /li limultinational corporate legal departments. /li /ul /li liDemonstrated experience in MA and corporate transactions.
