ppSpecialista Senior / Project Manager /p pIn this role, you will lead the learning strategy for Marketing Sales across ABB’s Electrification divisions. You will partner with HR and business leaders to design and govern commercial learning initiatives that align with the group HR strategy and business needs. You’ll manage end-to-end learning design, leverage digital tools, and integrate AI to modernize learning. You will drive learner experience, measurement, and global collaboration to scale impact across a multinational organization. /p ul liLead development of best-in-class commercial learning solutions aligned with MS needs and future capabilities /li liOversee end-to-end learning design including leadership development ecosystems /li liDefine learning objectives and KPIs; drive improvement using analytics and feedback (NPS) /li liEnsure engaging learner experiences via digital learning platforms and content integration /li liPromote AI across learning development and explore new learning technologies /li liManage learning campaigns, promotions,



and marketing to maximize reach /li liOptimize the learning system and governance; support budgeting and investments /li liCollaborate across divisions and with SMEs; partner with external vendors for design and delivery /li liBuild and mentor an effective learning team in line with HR policies /li liBachelor in Organizational Development /li li12+ years of global experience in learning and development or organizational development /li liExperience in sales organization is a strong asset /li liExceptional listening, consultative, and influencing skills /li liAbility to translate business needs into development offers with strong business acumen /li liExperience with talent management and organizational effectiveness strategies /li liEntrepreneurial mindset and experience with innovative learning tools /li liStrong relationship-building and influencing capabilities /li /ul pIn this role, you will lead the learning strategy for Marketing Sales across ABB’s Electrification divisions.
