New Generation Foundation in Florence seeks a Development Associate to support fundraising and donor relations. You will work with the Director of Development, assisting donor research, cultivation, stewardship, and event coordination, and lead applications to Italian institutional funders.

Strong organisational skills and fluency in Italian, plus excellent English, are required; travel within Italy and possibly to the UK may be needed. Experience in arts or non-profit sectors is a plus.
