ph3Infrastructure Specifications and Projects Manager Italy /h3 pIn this role you drive growth for PPG’s Protective Coatings Infrastructure by building durable customer relationships and acting as the go-to coating advisor. You work across the value chain with owners, EPCs, and engineers to win projects, influence specifications, and deliver value through innovative solutions. You will manage pipelines, run cross-border opportunities, and align plans with regional and global teams. This position offers impact in sustainable infrastructure and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. /p ul liCompany Car /li liPC /li liSmartphone /li libonus up to 40% upon objectives /li liProactively identify and pursue opportunities in Civil Infrastructure within the pipeline /li liMaintain and nurture a project pipeline aligned with annual/quarterly targets /li liCollaborate with Segment Manager to select target/must-win projects /li liOwn projects from identification to contracting stage and provide pricing inputs /li liDrive cross-border project wins with global EP KAMs and regional peers /li liPrepare and manage Key Account plans and ensure project progress updates across teams /li liEngage with owners, architects, engineers, and EPCs through impactful visits /li liExpand internal network to accelerate impact and support action plans /li liEnsure PPG is specified and approved as a supplier on relevant projects /li li5–7 years experience in Business Skills and Relationship Management /li liIndustry knowledge of Civil Infrastructure and coatings an advantage /li liProven ability to execute Value Selling for products/services /li liProject management experience from identification to contracting /li liAccount management experience with industry players including architects, engineering firms, and consultancies /li liStrong communication skills and ability to disseminate project progress /li liFamiliarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.com is advantageous /li liMultilingual abilities beneficial, especially English and other European languages /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
