ppSpecialista Senior / Project Manager /ppIn this role you drive growth for DYWIDAG’s products and engineering solutions in your territory, blending technical insight with commercial acumen. You will lead technical and commercial proposals, support project delivery, and nurture key customer relationships to translate requirements into valuable outcomes. You work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure successful bids and customer satisfaction. This is a global, hands-on position with on-site support and travel, offering growth within an international team. /pulliPermanent contract /liliAnnual gross salary (RAL) of approximately /liliPartially hybrid working /liliLead preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including documentation review, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, pricing, and bid submissions. /liliDrive sales growth and market share for DYWIDAG products and solutions within the assigned territory. /liliBuild and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding current and future requirements and delivering value-added solutions. /liliPromote products, services, and capabilities through meetings, technical presentations,



and project consultations. /liliProvide technical and engineering support by recommending solutions based on project specs and drawings. /liliReview engineering documents, plans, and tender documents to identify opportunities and suitable solutions. /liliCollaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Project Management to ensure accurate proposals, delivery, and satisfaction. /liliProvide on-site technical assistance and project support when required. /liliDegree in Civil Engineering or related technical discipline /liliClear customer focus and business acumen /liliAbility to interpret engineering documents and procedures for construction and manufacturing /liliTeamwork and collaboration skills /liliNetworking capabilities /liliSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently /liliWillingness to travel /liliAffinity for financial reporting /liliProficiency with Microsoft Office applications /liliAutoCAD knowledge and ability to create drawings if required /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
