Consultant - EHS

In this role you drive Environmental and Health & Safety due diligence and compliance work within our M&A-focused; projects. You will collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to assess risks, plan EHS strategies, and deliver ESG reviews for clients. You will engage with clients and external partners, shaping practical solutions and reporting in Italian or English. This position offers hybrid work in Rome or Milan and a mission to contribute to sustainable change through rigorous EHS practice.

- Execution of Environmental and/or Health and Safety Due Diligence
- Execution of EHS compliance audits
- Execution of H&S; Risk Assessments and review of H&S; Plan
- Execution of ESG review




- Direct participation in assignments with clients and third parties (negotiation, communication, teamwork)
- Proposal and reporting in Italian or English
- 2-3 years’ experience in Compliance, Transaction and Corporate Services with focus on Health & Safety compliance and due diligence in the M&A; sector (EHS assessment, planning and strategy)
- Fluent in Italian & English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of D. Lgs. 81/2008 and D. Lgs 152/2006; familiarity with ASTM standards
- Knowledge of decommissioning, REACH and CLP regulation is a plus
- Ability to interact with clients and third parties and work in a cross-functional team
