/li liCoordinate cross‑functional teams and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders. /li liIntegrate AI‑powered tools and workflows into project execution to enhance efficiency and depth of analysis. /li liCollaborate with technology partners to bring innovative solutions to our clients. /li liMonitor project economics, including budgets, margins, and resource allocation. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of our project management frameworks. /li liSupport business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client expansion initiatives. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liAt least 2+ years of experience in consulting, digital agencies, or complex project environments. /li liProven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders with clarity and composure. /li liGenuine interest in technology and artificial intelligence and their application in business contexts. /li liComfortable working with technical teams and translating between business needs and tech solutions. /li liStrong commercial awareness — you understand that excellent delivery must also be sustainable. /li liExceptional communication skills in both Italian and English. /li liBased in Bologna or willing to relocate, with flexibility for hybrid working. /li /ul h3Valued Experience: /h3 ul liBackground in retail, e‑commerce, or omnichannel projects. /li liProfessional certifications (Agile, PMP, Scrum, Design Thinking). /li liHands‑on exposure to AI tools, digital platforms, or technology implementation projects. /li liInternational experience — whether through study, work, or cross‑border collaboration. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
