pIn this role you own the Refrigeration Controls product lifecycle across Europe, translating customer and market needs into innovative solutions that drive growth. You work closely with engineering, sales, operations, and customers to shape the future of refrigeration controls. The position emphasizes collaboration, technical insight, and market-driven product decisions in a sustainability-focused company.
